The shipping fees are calculated based on the Actual or Volumetric weights of the packages, whichever is higher. You can also get an estimate of the shipping fees due before making the purchase using our price estimator.

You will use our price estimator. to get an estimate prior to making your purchase. Please Note: The amounts provided on the estimator are preliminary estimates. Final shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual weight and value of packages once they are received and processed.

Yes, we can make purchases on your behalf. We will require that you share with us the exact item link(s) from the online store of interest with the specifications through our communication platforms and a quotation will be shared.
Upon full payment of the concierge fee, we will proceed with the purchases and the balance of the shipping fees is paid when the package is confirmed received and weights captured prior to shipping.

At the moment, we only handle exports from Ghana to the US.

We offer a comprehensive service to pick up packages from your relatives in the USA or UK, deliver them to our overseas address, and then ship them directly to your doorstep. Please provide the pick-up address, sender’s contact details, preferred day and time for pick-up, package weight and dimensions, and quantity. Once we have this information, we will provide you with a detailed quotation
