What’s Changing?

Starting September 15, 2025, Aquantuo’s air shipping rate from the USA → Zambia will be updated.

  • Old Rate: $22 per kg

  • New Rate: $24 per kg

These changes will apply to all new bookings made on or after Sept 15, 2025. Existing shipments scheduled before that date will use the old rates.

Why We Are Doing This

Every package you ship goes through a complete process — from receiving and handling at our USA warehouse, processing, flight, customs clearance, and safe delivery to your doorstep in Zambia.

For years, we managed to absorb rising costs in the USA and globally without passing them on. However, with continuous increases in global logistics costs, operational expenses, and international freight costs, we now need to make this small adjustment.

This adjustment allows us to:

  • Sustain the quality and reliability you count on

  • Keep our teams and systems running efficiently

  • Handle rising operational costs, and global freight costs.

  • Secure Aquantuo’s long-term ability to serve you better.

How This Affects You

We understand this change may require recalculations, and we are here to guide you step by step.

  • New Rate: $24/kg (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher)

    Example: If your package weighs 10 kg (If the higher of the actual and volumetric weight is 10kg) it will cost you:

    10 × $24 = $240

  • Payments: Always use your Order ID when making payments for proper tracking and confirmation.

  • Current Shipments: Any shipments created before Sept 15 will still use the old $22 rate.

  1. Will my shipment be charged at the old or new rate?

    • Orders created before Sept 15 stay at $22/kg.
    • Orders created on or after Sept 15 will use $24/kg.

  2. Does this include customs clearance?

    Yes — rates remain all-inclusive. No hidden duties or surprise fees.

  3. What if my package is big but light?
