Transparent pricing with no surprises
We offer consolidation for only one shipment/ week, and any items received after the shipment has departed will automatically be included in the next scheduled shipment
Shipping fees are calculated based on the higher of the actual or volumetric weight. Please refer to the volumetric weight calculator for price estimates
Storage fees begin to accrue 7 days after packages are confirmed received at the origin warehouse and 7 days after they are ready for pick up in the destination country. Please refer to our Storage policy for details on rates.
Insurance is 3% of the item value. It is optional for items below $200 and compulsory for items above $200, with terms and conditions applying.
Full or partial (70%) payment of shipping fees is required before items are shipped from the origin country; unpaid packages will remain behind and start to accrue storage fees after 7 days of receipt.
Last-mile delivery fees are covered by the customer.
The customer is responsible for customs duties, clearing agent fee, and customs warehousing.
