We strive to provide efficient and timely service to all our members. To ensure smooth operations, we have implemented the following policy for handling abandoned packages:
Packages are considered abandoned if:
Members have 7 days to make payment at origin countries or collect packages at destination countries. A first reminder will be sent via email on the 5th day, informing members about storage fees and the deadline to act. A final notification will be sent on the 14th day, warning members that the package will be subject to auction or disposal in 7 days.
Storage fees will begin accruing from the 8th day of holding the package. These fees are calculated based on the terms outlined in our updated payment policy.
Packages unpaid or uncollected after 21 days will be classified as abandoned. Abandoned packages will be auctioned or disposed of, and members will forfeit any claims to the items. Once classified as abandoned, packages will be auctioned or disposed of at the company's discretion, and Aquantuo will not be held liable for these packages or provide any refunds after disposal.
Members are responsible for ensuring timely payment and collection of their packages to avoid additional charges or disposal. If you have questions about your package or payment, please contact our support team before the 21-day deadline to avoid abandonment.
This policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency while encouraging members to manage their shipments responsibly.
Members who abandon packages three (3) times will be subject to further action, including but not limited to temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of their Aquantuo account. Aquantuo reserves the right to restrict access to services for members with a history of non-payment or repeated abandoned shipments in order to maintain operational efficiency and ensure fairness to all users.
If you have questions about your package or payment, please contact our support team before the 21-day deadline to avoid abandonment.
