Frequently Asked Questions

Log into your account then locate your Shipito address under the header section of your account, titled "My Warehouse Address".

1. Login to your account

2. On the website, click on your name on the top right and click on “My Profile”. If on the app, click on the menu (the three lines on the top left – the hamburger icon).

3. Go to "My Aquantuo Addresses".

4. You will see you address for each country.

Your unit number will always remain the same no matter which Aquantuo address your package is shipped to. Please ALWAYS remember to include your Unit # number to ensure we promptly process your packages.

Setting your default currency ensures that emails sent to you reflect the local currency you are located in, along with the US dollar conversion.

From the App (iOS and Android)

1. Login to your account

2. Click on the Menu on the top left (the hamburger icon)

3. Click on “Settings”

4. Under “Account Settings”, select “Currency”

5. Choose your preferred default currency.


From the Website

1. Login to your account

2. Click on your name on the top right

3. Click on “My Profile”

4. Select “Currency”

5. Choose your preferred default currency

Note. All transactions will still be shown in US Dollars, however, conversions will be done in the default currency you choose.

5. Click on “Edit” to edit your address information.


From the Website
